Avant Grove is a medium Avant Gardens property that was released with the update on February 8th, 2011.
The launchpad for Avant Grove is conveniently located behind the picnickers and Brick Vendor Darby Snapwish at the Launch Area in Avant Gardens. Argo Butterchunks gives players a mission to claim Avant Grove.
It is the biggest Avant Gardens property.
