There were three Dragon Helm items in LU, the third especially being highly sought after. Turns out there's also unused fourth and fifth versions. The models for both can be found in res\mesh\nexustower\minifig\accessories\Items, and are minifig_accessory_DragonHelmMK4.nif and minifig_accessory_DragonHelmofHerpDerp.nif (the latter having the file name DragonHelmmk5.ma in its nif creation info, so while it's silly, it does seem to be intended as the fifth and presumably final Dragon Helm).
There are functional objects for them, though they aren't listed in the objects table; the IDs are 12887 and 12902. Add those items to your backpack, and there …

Environment Tests/Prototypes
There's a TON of unused stuff in LU's assets and documenting it all would be a monstrous task. I figured I'd show some of the most interesting stuff though. Maybe more to come. This is all pretty well known stuff to those who have explored the game's contents, but there hasn't been much public documentation of it before, so I'd like to fix that.
This first video focuses exclusively on artist's test objects. It appears that each artist working on the game usually had (but was not limited to) two dedicated test objects to call their own. The models for many don't exist, but most of the ones that do are pretty interesting. Note that the client had to have been set to full download for these models to have been downloaded. Terrain files
The terrain in LU (the .raw files) is a custom format. Some progress was made a while back on reverse engineering it:
- The darkest parts of the height maps are the lowest parts of the terrain, and the lightest parts are the highest parts. However, the actual height of the terrain varies. For example, the height map for Nexus Tower is a patch of solid black surrounded by solid white. That's both the lowest and highest possible heights to represent, but in-game it looks like this. Compare that to Forbidden Valley, which also contains both solid white and black, but in-game those highest points are much, much higher than in Nexus Tower. So... as many of you may know, Lego recently released a game called Lego Worlds. It seems to be like Minecraft (but in it's current state... early access...) it'll need time to be finished the way Lego intended it to be. BUT, in the year or two that it'll take for the game to leave "Early Access" and get to the point where everything is implemented, then it'll turn into the ultimate Lego mod maker! (If Lego does what Bethesda did and adds a mod creation kit, ima cry my eyes out from joy :D)

Hello all, it's me, Galeforce, and I decided to create another blog post for this nearly dead wiki, and to hopefully start a possible trend to help bring back the now nearly completely forgotten lego universe.
So, first off, I begin this long blog with a question: are the packet projects doing well in reviving the game? I honestly havent checked on them in a while.

I am working on something big for LNA. I think it should be awesome if we can add that ingame, but it’s very hard to make and I need your guys opinions before I start working on it.
Imagine that you are able to create a world in LNA, like a property. However, you can not only build with bricks, but you are also able to create the terrain, make NPCs with missions and add enemies. Just some examples.
The start point should be a floating spawn point in the sky. You have a inventory and some edit tools. You can , for example, insert a floating island, change the terrain ( grass/sand/lava/rocks/whatever) and add a npc. You also make a mountain with enemies on it.

A New Brickfilms Wiki?
Hey everyone,
I just recently was able to setup my LEGO sets for the first time in almost two years. I’ve been wanting to get back into brickfilming, and that led me to come up with another idea.
I’ve never been able to find a brickfilming community that I actually enjoyed, so I’m considering founding one. The site will be a wiki, just like this site. However, the main focus will be brickfilms. Whenever someone finishes a new film, they’d be allowed to create an article about it, and use the site to advertise. Everyone else would be able to view the film, give compliments or tips, and hopefully, the site would turn into an enjoyable community.

What Did LEGO Do With the Music?
In APUSH the other day we were watching a video on Cornelius Vanderbilt (the railroad tycoon). It was very well done, chock full of dramatic shots, great editing, an interesting presentation of the story, and, of course, awesome music. As I enjoyed a scene where Vanderbilt is taking great risk to beat out his competitors, the music caught my attention. It was one of the battle tracks from our very own LEGO Universe! It seems that, not wishing to waste 6 years of hard work, LEGO sold the music rights to some documentary company.
More information coming; I'm going to ask my APUSH teacher tomorrow to see the DVD case.

Not sure if there is already a post about this on the WIki, so I'll make one. :P
The LEGO Universe Creation Lab is closing soon, in fact, it has been in read only mode since October 25, 2013. (Yea, this is really late...). If you want to save your creations so you can have them later, Hobino and le717 made a program to archive your creations. Just download it, enter you username, and it will automatically download and sort all of your creations and descriptions and tags (it does not archive comments, unfortunately).

LEGO Animated Series Progress Update (December 24th 2013)
Hello and merry Christmas to everyone! Or happy holidays to those who don't celebrate Christmas.
So far i haven't gotten any further in development then last post. Due to Blender acting up its been very difficult to do anything. Due to this i'm going to switch over to Cinema 4D. Cinema 4D has a way more range of options and everything is just so much better.
