Disguises are special items in LEGO Universe that conceal the player's identity, allowing them to blend into their surroundings and spy on certain individuals. The only disguises publicly released to players are Box Disguises sold exclusively to Paradox members by Sutoro Hatto, although disguises based upon various breeds of Stromling were also in development before LEGO Universe closed.

- The Dragon Disguise has been given out to players on multiple occasions by Mythrans following the announcement of LEGO Universe's closure.
- On January 30, 2012, Objects_13758_name, Objects_13761_name, and Objects_13762 were sent to players' Mailboxes by Shival two hours before LEGO Universe's closure. These three items are pieces of the Ronin Disguise: the helmet, the shirt, and the pants.
