Draggle is a flying pig NPC in the World Builder League world Portabello. His brothers are Baggle and Zaggle.
Draggle lives in the mushroom village of Portabello. There, he introduces himself to players and tells them that five slugs have disguised themselves as snails using fake shells. Draggle sends players on a mission to smash their fake shells and rewards them with the Jadeoria Rocket Nose Cone. Then, Draggle sends players to Baggle to continue the Portabello mission chain.

- Draggle, being a pig with wings, is likely a play on the phrase "when pigs fly", an idiom which expresses doubt.
