Frogs are amphibians that inhabit the LEGO Universe, known for hopping around and frequently sticking out their long, red tongues.
A frog can be found in Portabello near the launchpad to Starbase 3001. The frog welcomes players to Portabello and tells them to go down to the mushroom village in the valley bellow. A much larger frog named Froy also lives in Portabello, making his home near the river surrounding Mount Draak. Baggle looks after Froy and feeds him by smashing Bug Boxes. Players must reach Mount Draak by riding Froy's tongue as he extends it.
A frog sits atop the Ribbit's Top Hat, which is rewarded to players who purchase a full year subscription to LEGO Universe. Atop the top hat, the frog hops around as players move and frequently sticks out its tongue.
A Green Frog hatchling is rewarded to players who buy LEGO Universe game cards from Toys-R-Us starting September 1, 2011. Green Frogs follow their owners around, but otherwise are simply aesthetic and do not affect gameplay.
