The Nexus Core is the central region of Nexus Tower. The new Imagination Nexus runs through the middle, and Dr. Overbuild has set up his lab on the Assembly end of the chamber. A large amount of equipment can be found in this room, all of which is apparently designed for siphoning, refining, and analyzing small amounts of Imagination from the Nexus. The Nexus Tower Imagination Brick is also located here.
