Piratron is a mysterious space faction which antagonizes the Classic Space Command.
Piratron's existence was unknown until a recent raid upon the MoonBase. Their motives are unknown, but Piratron is thought to have been dealing with an infestation of Grabbles. A Piratron Scout Ship was shot down and its pilot is now held prisoner in a Holding Cell, awaiting transport to a central holding facility. However, a Grabble aboard the downed Scout Ship escaped and eventually infested the MoonBase.
Piratron is still active, and another Piratron Scout Ship can seen flying outside the MoonBase dome and surveying the terrain. Piratron is either planning another attack or looking for the lost Piratron scout. While Piratron remains a major concern for Classic Space Command, the MoonBase is currently focused on dealing with the Grabble infestation first.
Trivia[]
- The name "Piratron" is likely a combination of "Pirate" and "Tron". The latter is a suffix used in various LEGO Space themes, but based upon Piratron's role in the story, this is possibly a specific reference to Blacktron, the first LEGO space villain organization.
