Comm beacons are used to call down air strikes upon Stromlings in Avant Gardens. They cost 6 imagination to build and each one has a specific area nearby that is targetted for the airstrike, smashing any Stromlings in the blast. This does not give loot to the builder of the Comm Beacon.
Assistance is required by the Outpost Console to build these.
