Smashables are objects scattered across LEGO Universe that can be smashed by players. Smashed items usually provide a small number of coins, Power-ups, possibly a Faction Token and/or item, and maybe a brick or two. Most smashables can be smashed by any attack or weapon; however, some can only be smashed by specific weapons (Such as the Maelstrom Hammer).
Normal Smashables
Normal smashables can be found on every world within the game. Their drop may vary depending on the world.
Hazardous Smashables
Some smashables might cause damage.
- Maelstrom Crate--Deals 5-10 damage to nearby enemies, smashing the player if he/she is nearby the crate when smashed. Other effects may include chain-stunning the player, or blasting him/her back. Found at Brig Rock, the Maelstrom Trench, Gnarled Forest Survival, The Battle of Nimbus Station, and possibly Mountain View.
- Skeleton Bomb--Deals 25 skeleton damage, or 8 to normal enemies. Smashe sthe player if he/she is too close to the bomb when smashed. It will not chain-stun the player, however it will knock him/her down for 3 seconds. Found only in the Maelstrom Quarry.
- Downed Missle--Deals 15-20 damage to nearby enemies, smashing player if within range. Will not stun at all. Found only in Aura Mar.
Quick Build Smashables
Some smashables reveal a hidden quickbuild once built.
