- He wears Rank 3 Shinobi gear.
- Sometimes a glitch appears where he doesn't wear his hat. He then looks like a vampire.
- Sutoro and Rutger Hemoglobin are the only 2 "pale" skinned NPC's in the game. They are both in the Paradox section of Nexus Tower.
- Despite his pale face, he still has standard color hands.
