On the LDD one he needs a face decal with the Decaler Tool in the paint menu of LDD.

Yes, I Know, my LDD acted up though and I can't get that face with the file sorry.

It strikes me the current quote isn't really doesn't say much about Bob, his job, or his personality... I suggest the first thing he says to players, which is "Sorry about the bumpy flight!" The other one can stay but... I think it lacks character.
