Tomoko Moonstone is the clothing vendor NPC in Monastery Courtyard at the Ninjago Monastery. When players first visit the Monastery, Sensei Wu sends them to buy a Ki-Filled Hood from Tomoko when he learns that they have no Ninjago gear.
