The Vanguard Vendor was a vendor at the Vanguard Outpost. It is unknown what role he played in the world, though a map shows that he would have been located on top of a castle wall roughly midway through the world. Due to the Vanguard Outpost's removal early on in the development of LEGO Universe, the Vanguard Vendor never appeared in-game.
