Zaggle is a flying pig NPC in the World Builder League world Portabello. His brothers are Draggle and Baggle.

Zaggle lives at the base of Mount Draak in the center Portabello, where he can be found by riding Froy the Frog's tongue. There, he introduces himself to players and tells them that the Starfly key can be found by climbing Mount Draak, and it must be used to free the Starflies at the mountain's summit. Draggle sends players on a mission to release the Starflies.

• Zaggle, being a pig with wings, is likely a play on the phrase "when pigs fly", an idiom which expresses doubt.
• Zaggle, along with his brothers, was animated by LEGO Universe animator Toby Cochran.
